Privacy
Effective October 1, 2026. FXPM Labs and FXPM Evidence Desk store the minimum data needed to run the public site, research workspaces, billing, reports, and audit trails.
Public pages
The calculators and the trade log analyzer run in your browser; their inputs and files are not sent to us. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver and protect the site.
Data we process
Account profile, organization membership, plan status, usage counters, generated report summaries, saved workspaces, watchlists, exports, and billing metadata.
Data we do not need
Broker passwords, trading account control credentials, private keys, raw FXPM engine configurations, or live-trading instructions. The Desk never asks for them.
How analysis runs
CSV trade logs are parsed in your browser. Only compact, sanitized summaries (counts, bands, verdicts, findings) are persisted server-side.
Your Tanker data connections
If you connect AISstream or Copernicus Data Space, your provider credential is stored in encrypted server-side storage and used only for private, on-demand checks you start. The server sends the credential to that provider to perform the check. We show an aggregate AIS sample or a limited scene lookup, not your raw provider response, and do not add these private checks to the published Tanker Watch archive. Remove a connection in your workspace to delete its saved credential. Your use also remains subject to the provider's own terms and quotas.
Ads and consent
Free public pages may show Google AdSense placements after you allow them. We currently request contextual, non-personalised ads only. Google may still use cookies for frequency capping and aggregated reporting. If you decline, we do not load the AdSense script or request an ad from our placements. We store your choice in this browser under fxpm.ads.consent.v1.
You can change your choice using Ad preferences in the site footer. You can also manage Google ad settings in Google Ads Settings or, for other participating vendors, at aboutads.info. Personalised ads in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland require a certified consent platform; this site's own ad choice does not replace one. Pro and API & Team subscribers, and every page inside the workspace, show no ads.
Deletion and support
Account, report, and workspace deletion requests can be sent to support@fxpm-labs.com. Operational audit records may be retained where needed for security, billing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
